At this trial the free agent team that I plan to put together will play against professional teams from Serbia and Bosnia to show themselves, their skills and to qualify for a contract in one of the 30-40 clubs from different countries that will be preparing for the season in Zlatibor.
The goal of the trial is to find as many interesting players as possible from under-explored markets and give them a chance to prove themselves at a high level with the possibility of signing a contract.
The trial contains:
- two weeks of preparation
- recording of all games, preparing cut-ups
- scouts, agents, coaches are at the games watching your games live and recorded
- meals, lodging, uniforms, training
- games against professionals

For Serbia, we will select 20 players based on video and 5 players (including those without video) will be randomly selected within a month after the sale ends.
If you have an injury, study, marriage, etc. and you can't go to the training camp in Serbia or are out of the transfer window, no problem. We will analyze the video and give feedback to ALL players, including possible options for the winter transfer window.
ALL players who do not have a video at the time of payment of the registration fee will be able to send it to our scouts later (until September 1, 2024). We will see what we can offer to you at this time or in the winter transfer window based on your video.
This way, ALL players will get much more out of our project than the €20 or €40 they will pay.

Successful result for players at the end of the training camp and screening in clubs implies:
- first contract according to the scheme from 0,5 + 1 (where after a year the contract conditions are revised upwards) to 2 years (where the player has the task to prove himself as good as possible and leave for a stronger club and championship on improved conditions)
- salary from 350 to 2,500 euros depending on the level of the player
- accommodation + meals (lunches)
- analytical support in case of signing an agency contract (examples of analytical support - Memphis Depay, Kevin de Bruyne, etc.), where we work on the technical and tactical development of the player to improve his career prospects
- bonuses for productive actions (goals, assists, clean sheets, etc.), overall results (wins, draws, crucial matches) and meeting the season objective (final place)

At this trial the free agent team that I plan to put together will play against professional teams from Serbia and Bosnia to show themselves, their skills and to qualify for a contract in one of the 30-40 clubs from different countries that will be preparing for the season in Zlatibor.
The trial contains:
- two weeks of preparation
- games against professionals
- scouts, agents, coaches are at the games watching your games live and recorded
- recording of all games, preparing cut-ups
- meals, lodging, uniforms, training
The goal of the trial is to find as many interesting players as possible from under-explored markets and give them a chance to prove themselves at a high level with the possibility of signing a contract.

All player videos will be analyzed and the most interesting players will receive an invitation to Serbia.
For Serbia, we will select 20 players based on video and 5 players (including those without video) will be randomly selected within a month after the sale ends.
ALL players who do not have a video at the time of payment of the registration fee will be able to send it to our scouts later (until September 1, 2024). We will see what we can offer to you at this time or in the winter transfer window based on your video.
Because you have to make a scout or club coach "fall in love" with you from the first seconds by having two or three qualities that will "make the difference" in the game. This is exactly what clubs are looking for.
The most interesting players will be supported by the agency. Here we have no limits on the number of players, unlike the number of players at training camp. Any player who sent an interesting video can get this offer, regardless of whether he will go to Serbia or not.
*Why strong qualities and not weak qualities?
If you have an injury, study, marriage, etc. and you can't go to the training camp in Serbia or are out of the transfer window, no problem. We will analyze the video and give feedback to ALL players, including possible options for the winter transfer window.
This way, ALL players will get much more out of our project than the €20 or €40 they will pay.

ALL players will receive feedback from us within a month + two weeks (formation of the squad with probability of substitution in case of player's force majeure). We will watch all the videos, give an objective assessment of the prospects on the "here and now" and make each of you an offer.
Successful result for players at the end of the training camp and screening in clubs implies:
- first contract according to the scheme from 0,5 + 1 (where after a year the contract conditions are revised upwards) to 2 years (where the player has the task to prove himself as good as possible and leave for a stronger club and championship on improved conditions)
- salary from 350 to 2,500 euros depending on the level of the player
- accommodation + meals (lunches)
- analytical support in case of signing an agency contract (examples of analytical support - Memphis Depay, Kevin de Bruyne, etc.), where we work on the technical and tactical development of the player to improve his career prospects
- bonuses for productive actions (goals, assists, clean sheets, etc.), overall results (wins, draws, crucial matches) and meeting the season objective (final place)
- marketing support in case of an agency contract (examples of marketing support - Vinicius, Roberto Carlos, etc.), where we work with the player to attract sponsors for him

Why do I have to pay for the registration?
In this way we cut off irresponsible players, we cut off players with too big egos (which is definitely not conducive to success and only Zlatan Ibrahimovic is an exception out of thousands of players who prove this rule) and cover the cost of processing your videos and questionnaires.

When registering for any marathon, such as the New York Marathon, the participant pays the registration fee (which is much more than 20 euros) and does not ask: "Why do I have to pay, since I'm just running?". Because the organizational costs of a marathon are very high. The same is true here. It takes the hands, eyes and time of the staff and partners to process the questionnaires and videos.

You have the option to get a quality enhancement program and/or go to a different trial. You will be able to choose before payment itself - to participate in the project or not. That said, after payment ALL players receive benefits (see Benefits post) and detailed, helpful feedback.
If I don't like something, is a refund possible?
A full refund for a paid application is possible if the player is injured, provided a doctor's report and treatment plan, which states that the recovery period does not allow to participate in any of proposed tests.

But, again, you have to understand this. Fantastic stories happen, they make movies and write books about it, but it happens in one case in a million.
